When purchasing you are agreeing to all policies set by Shop with Fee Boutique.
Shop with Fee Boutique is not responsible if you have failed to read and understand these policies.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
- Items are on hand and will ship within 3-5 business day. We are not liable to say when you will get your package as this all depends on the shipping agency (USPS or UPS). Shipping delays may occur due to the pandemic/ weather/holidays etc.
- Once your order has shipped, tracking details are sent to you. Your item is no longer in our possession, and it is on our customers to track their shipment.
- All orders are shipped via USPS both First Class and Priority Mail or UPS.
- Once your order is shipped, Shop With Fee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact your local postal service or UPS.
- Note: Longer delays may apply if you did not enter your full and complete shipping address.
- Note: If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
- If you have NOT received a tracking number after 5 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name and order number for faster service.
Please Note: Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 3 calendar days of your delivery date. Tags must still be on the garment. We do not offer refunds of any kind, however we will provide a store credit. Please submit all returns at email@example.com
- All returns must be sent back within 3 calendar days of your delivery date. Any returns received after the 3 day timeframe will not be accepted for store credit and returned. Please ensure your name and order number is provided with the return package.
- Merchandise must be in it's original condition, with tags intact.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, free from any scent.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in store credit provided (if approved)
- Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping
- Customer is responsible for obtaining and purchasing the return shipping label.
- We do not offer refunds of any kind, however we will provide a store credit. Please submit all returns at firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Please note, You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back. We do not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless you received damaged or incorrect items). We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
Once your return has been accepted and approved, we will process the store credit within 3-5 business days. An email notification will be sent to you with the store credit details. Store credit does not expire.
Due to the fast-selling nature of our products, we cannot guarantee exchanges. Once issued, store credit can be used toward any future order.
